She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Dean Barber; her parents, James Rudolph Hughes and Glean C. White Hughes; and her sisters, Marilyn Francis and Dolly Faye Hughes.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Hughes (Debbie) and Glenda Gross (Chris); her grandchildren, Hannah Langford (Andrew), Emily Brawner (Dawson), Abby Oyster, Dylan Gross (Kenzie) and Stephen Boyd; her great grandchildren, Hudson Gross and Andi Brooke Langford; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Huffines.
