She is survived by: her husband Abe Cook; her sons-in-law, Rosemary Sanders, Tony Sanders of Lafayette Susie and Randy Farley; her son Leslie Cook of Lafayette; her daughter-in-law Kim Cook of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Kristy Worrell (Anthony Young) and Terry Worrell; her daughter-in-law Juanita Dyer Hazel West; her great grandchild Several; and also Directors. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews and friends.
