She is survived by: her daughter Janice; her son-in-law Darren Cook of Lebanon; her son Chris Midgett of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Jonathan Cook of Murfreesboro, Stephen Cook of Lebanon, Eric Cook of Lebanon, Jessica Scruggs (Kody) of Bethpage and Grayson Midgett of Lafayette; her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Cook, Iliza Jane Scruggs and Kori Scruggs; and her siblings, Henry Swindle (Violet) of Lafayette, Coney Swindle (Barbara) of Lafayette and Lisa K Martinez (Marty) of Colorado Springs.
