She was predeceased by: her parents, George Edward Johnson and Mary Sue Middleton Bonning; and her sisters, Mary Sue Huntsman and Emily Joyce Duckett. She is survived by: her children, Timothy Perry (Ann), Greg Staley (Penny), Jeff Phy (Jeannie) and Sharon Nard-Hurdt (Jim); and her brother George Johnson (Susan). She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
