He is survived by: his children, Kevin Neal Rich (Kelly Faye) of Westmoreland, Ken Martin Rich (Brittany) of Lafayette and Evelyn Deanne Rich; and his siblings, Thomas Bedford Rich of Jamestown, Mary Alice Turner of Glasgow and Betty Tooley of Tompkinsville. He is also survived by Nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
