She was predeceased by: her grandchildren, Courtney Hines and Dalena Brawner; her parents, Richard Dale Middleton and Lila Mae Irvin Fishburn; and her brother Kenny Middleton.
She is survived by: her husband James Smalling; her children, Krystal D. Capps (Recardo Cook II), Renee Tuck (Joseph), Jackie Wayne Brawner and Brandon Lee Brawner; her grandchildren, Vanessa Hines, Mason Hines, Bryson Farley, Lindsey Farley, Bailey Brawner, Richard Brawner, Peyton Brawner, Braysha Boyd and Branlee Brawner; her pet Spike; and her siblings, Donna Middleton (David Smalling), Peggy Bowe (Leon), Ruth Mortensen (Eric) and Mark Middleton.
The family respectfully requests donations be made towards the funeral expenses.
