He is survived by: his children, Melissa Martin of Center Barnstead and Scott Mullineaux of Sutton Massachusetts; and his siblings, Sarah Bair of Lafayette, Beatrice Gray of Westmoreland and Bert Mullineaux of New York. He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
