With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmie D. Gregory of Lafayette, Tennessee, who passed away on April 14, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Donald Wayne Gregory; his parents, William Prentice and Hettie Mae Gregory; and his siblings, L. C. "Pete" Gregory, Audie Gregory, William Howser Gregory, J. Gregory and Katherine Gregory.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Williamson Gregory; his niece Debbie Dier; his great-nephew David GadwaySister (Dixie Gregory); and his nephew Jamie GregoryNumerous. He is also survived by Numerous Grandchildren, Nieces, and Nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Alexander Funeral Home (209 E Locust St, Lafayette, TN 37083). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Anderson and Son Memorial Park (997 Hwy 52 E, Lafayette, TN 37083).
