He was predeceased by: his wife Micki Yokley Butcher; his parents, Wilford Butcher and Georgia Gann Butcher; his siblings, Marion Jones, Carolyn McPeak, Paul and Ricky Butcher; his grandsons, Eli and Benjamin Borders; and his great grandchild Chloe Gregory.
He is survived by: his daughter Necia; his son-in-law Lionel Borders; his grandchildren, Sarah Borders, Hannah Covington (Bucky), Levi, Gabe, Zach and Jon-Luke Borders; his great grandchildren, Bentley Gregory and Kennedy Covington; his siblings, Sharon Haskins (Gary) and Derrick Butcher of Lafayette; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Lou Joyner (Robert) of Lafayette, Jerry Yokley (Patty) of Gamaliel, KY, Jesse Yokley of Akersville, KY, Jackie Yokley (Lisa) and Leraly Jones of Lafayette.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home & Memorial Park - Lafayette (997 Hwy 52 E, Lafayette, TN 37083). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the New Hope Cemetery (TN-52, Westmoreland, TN 37186).
