We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2025, Janice Marie Lamb of Lafayette, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Lynn Lamb; her children, Penny Lamb and Lanny Lamb; her grandchildren, Jeremy Young, Stanley Young and Teresa Holland; her great grandchild Jason Holland; her parents, Roscoe Elkins and Maymie Keith Elkins; and her siblings, Mike, Tommy, Terry, Roy, Charles Elkins, Faye Cauthron and Judy Sweeny.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Rice (Terry), Teresa Lamb and Danny Lamb; and her caregivers, Cricket BlankenshipGrandchildren, Brooklyn Blankenship, Austin Blankenship, Kaitlyn HollandSister and Diane Thompson (MikeSeveral). She is also survived by Several Step-Grandchildren, Nieces, and Nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Alexander Funeral Home (209 E Locust St, Lafayette, TN 37083). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Eulia Cemetery.
Family respectfully requests memorial contributions in the form of donations be made towards funeral expenses.
