He was predeceased by: his wife Susan Maxey; his parents, Benton Maxey and Evie Lee Maxey; and his grandparents, Tommy, Nettie Maxey, Delter and Lillie Gann.

He is survived by: his cousins, Wanda Jones of Lafayette, TN, Ronald of Gallatin, TN., Linda Gann of Gallatin, TN. and Brenda Watson of Gallatin, TN.. He is also survived by Cousins, Friends, & Relatives.
