He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann "Penny" Hauskins; his children, Joshua Adam Hauskins (Shelley), Holly Beth Hauskins and Isaac Ryan Hauskins; and his grandchildren, Collin Hauskins, Olivia Hauskins, Jackson Hauskins, Bennett Hauskins, Ethan Hauskins, Matthew Adcock, Zackary Adcock, Ann Marie Scott, Kaydance Hauskins and Kenneth Hauskins.
