He is survived by: his wife Janet Hopkins; his daughter Haley Ann Walters of Lafayette; his parents, Billy Hopkins and Billie Ruth Hopkins; his siblings, Pam Broudley of Oak Grove, LA, Robbie Maloy of Mauriceville, TX and David Hopkins of Richmond, TX; and his granddaughter Sylas Elise Walters.
