She was predeceased by: her husband James Edward Smalling; her daughter Kathy Law; her parents, James Leslie Halliburton and Bertha Elizabeth Lee Halliburton; and her siblings, Calvin Halliburton, Louie Halliburton, Vondal Doss, Jewel Kelley, Velvie Smith, Maisy Gray and Remona L. Hatcher.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Kirby; her grandsons, Keith Kirby (Katie) and Elder Daniel Cook (Meranda); her great grandchildren, Mia Cook, Maci Cook and Ansley Kate Kirby; and her siblings, James Edward Halliburton and Elease Gammons A. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family request donations be made to Friendship Missionary Baptist Church.
