She is survived by: her sister Bonnie Carr (Randall); her niece Chrissy Smith (Stevie Step); and her great-nephews, Austin Smith (Brooklyn Driver Dylan) and Hayden Carr.

The Family request donations to be made towards the Annie Butler Scholarship Fund.
