He is survived by: his wife Lavonia Shockley (Bohanon); his daughter Regina; his son-in-law Eddie Rich of Holland, KY; his son Ronnie Shockley; his grandchildren, Justin Roark, Zack Shockley, Jordan and Austin Kemp; and his great grandchild Lexi Jo Kemp.
