She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Wayne Perrigo; her son Teddy Perrigo; her parents, Felton Wakefield and Minnie Swindle Wakefield; and her siblings, Ketherine Wakefield, Dean Wakefield, Ethel Givens, Sue Richards, James Wakefield and Charles Wakefield.
She is survived by: her son Jamie Perrigo (Cindy) of Lafayette; her grandsons, Evan Perrigo (Connar) of Bowling Green, KY and Luke Perrigo of Bowling Green, KY; her sisters, Robbie Stinson and Peggy Blankenship (Carl); and her siblings-in-law, Neelie Wakefield of Lafayette, Peggy Perrigo of Lafayette, Lucille Jones (J. B.) of Lafayette, Linda Perrigo of Knoxville and Jimmy Perrigo of Maryland.
