Elder Jerry is survived by: wife Mary Dee Smith; children, Paul Smith, Roy Smith (Tina), Carolyn Smith and Wanda Carr (Jim); stepchildren, Darlene Hesson, Connie Robinson (Randy) and Barry Cothron (Kim); siblings, Naomi Chaffin (James), Larry Smith (Elizabeth) and Harry Smith; and daughter-in-law Beth Smith. Elder Jerry is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, & 8 Great-Grandchildren.
