He is survived by: his wife Danielle Green; his children, Randy Green (Serena), John Green, Nicolas Green, David Earl Green and Tammy Crook Nataleigh Green (Craig); and his grandchildren, Ashley Willis (Richard), Heaven Cross (Nick), Brandy Green, Justin Green, Kaitlyn Way (Matt), Christopher Crook (Carla), Ryan Crook and Mason Green. He is also survived by 2 Brothers, 4 Sisters, and 8 Great Grandchildren.
Family has requested memorial contributions in the form of donations be made toward the funeral expense.
