He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Jones and Virgie Jones (Richie); his wife Inez Jones (Strode); his daughters, Linda Glass and Beverly Anderson; and his siblings, Iner Jones, Veachel Jones, Joyce Jones and Mavis Jones.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Jones of Lafayette, Tennessee., Rickey Jones (Tammye) of Lafayette, Tennessee. and Jim Jones (Christy) of Lafayette, Tennessee.; and his brothers, Clifton Jones, Cecil Jones, Royce Jones, Ralph Jones and Danny Jones. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bartley & Sons - Tompkinsville (204 Columbia Ave, Tompkinsville, KY 42167). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Bethlehem Cemetery in memory of Demas may be made at the Funeral Home.
