He was predeceased by: his parents, George William Rowe and Anell Marshall Meyer. He is survived by: his daughters, Erica Cooper (Nicole) and Emily Gass; his stepmother Glenda Rowe Taylor; his brother William Keith Rowe; his uncles, Mike Marshall (Jennifer), Jimmy Marshall (Greta) and Holland Rowe (Jamie); and his aunt Martha Hesson (Rickey).

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to The American Cancer Society.
