He was predeceased by: his sons, Jerry Wayne Driver and Terry "JackHammer" Driver; his grandson Randy Baker; and his siblings, Jesse Driver, Buster Driver, R. H. Driver, Cordell Driver, Odell Driver, J. R. Driver, Vernalene Boston, Christine Haley and Anna Pearl Green.
He is survived by: his daughter Carolyn Johnson (Charles); his daughters-in-law, Donna Driver and Cindy Driver; and his grandchildren, Rhonda Graves, Joni Williams (Timmy), Brandy Hewitt (Danny), Nicholas Jones (Heidi) and Nathan Driver Twenty. He is also survived by Twenty-two Great-Grandchildren and Seventeen Great-Great-Grandchildren.
