Casey Deshay is survived by: daughters, Brooklyn Nicole Fitzgerald, Jersey Lane Petree and Katlyn Deshay Petree; mother Cathy Jenkins; stepsons, Kaiden Eric Petree and Anthony Bryce Petree; and brothers, Darrell Wayne Jenkins, Corey Jenkins (Chrissy) and Daniel Carr (Lindsey).

The family has requested memorial contributions, in the form of donations, be made toward the funeral expense.
