She was predeceased by: her husband Maxie Willard Phillips; her parents, Carmon Goad and Gertrude McClard Goad; her grandchildren, Troy Cook and Tracey Cook; and her brothers, Shirley Goad and Charles Goad.
She is survived by: her daughter Diane; her son-in-law Ronnie Cook; her sons, Danny (Sheila Phillips) of Lafayette and Chris Phillips of Lafayette; her children-in-law, Cindy Garrison (Chase), Vera Brewer (Troy), Eric Phillips (Tina), Max Phillips (Amanda), Bridgett Hesson, Laura Jo Peterson (Caleb) and Lonnie Pickett; her siblings, Barbara Gregory of Lafayette, Lealon (Hazel Goad), Ray (Peggy Goad) and Jimmy Goad; and her sister-in-law Christine Goad of Lafayette. She is also survived by 14 Great-Grandchildren.
