He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Yvonne Shidler Evans; his parents, Henry Evans and Marion Ilams Evans; and his siblings, Joe Evans and Barbara Geddes.
He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Cherry Louanne Martin (Joe) and William Evans Jr. (Sally); and his sister Loretta Shuler Mary Evans. He is also survived by Six Grandchildren and Four Great-Grandchildren.
