We are sad to announce that on February 10, 2022, Betty R. McElyea of Lafayette, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Oliver Prater and Effie Dora Summerville Prater; and her daughter Suzan Harris. She is survived by: her children, Donald Harris (Jennifer), Elvis Harris (Lisa), Tammy Likens (Michael) and Monike Swindle (Timothy Clark); her grandchildren, Shane Harris, Dana Harris, William Likens, Brandon Harris, Ariel Likens, Angel Likens, Bethany Swindle and Marcus Harris; and her siblings, David Prater (Debbie) and Dora Welch. She is also survived by Seven Great-Grandchildren and one Great-Great-Grandchild.
The family request donations be made toward the funeral expenses.
