She was predeceased by: her husband Delton J. Smalling; her son Junior Lee Smalling; her parents, Mitchell M. Casteel and Carrie G. Herald Casteel; and her siblings, Thurman Casteel, Doug Casteel, Obel Graves and Sandra Elkens.
She is survived by: her children, David Lee Smalling, James Jr. Smalling (Kathy), Delbert Smalling, Deborah Carter (Richard), Patricia Carr and Wilma Jones (Raymond); and her sister Mary Phillips A. She is also survived by Grandchildren, Great-grandchildren, and Great-great-grandchildren.
Family respectfully requests donations be made towards the funeral expense.
