He is survived by: his wife Lori Stanphill; his mother Priscilla Skinner; his stepfather Joe Don; his parents-in-law, Robert McCracken and Jo McCracken; his sister Cindy Patterson (Brock); his siblings-in-law, Debbie Hall (Mark) and David McCracken (Janna); and his nieces and nephews, Olivia Patterson, Amanda Hall, Tori McCracken, Matt Hall (Taylor) and Riley McCracken (Kendra).
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the American Cancer Society or to Alive Hospice in loving memory of Douglas E Stanphill.
