She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Hostettler (Ruth) and Dot Luter (Charlie) of Nashville, TN; and her brothers, Andy Hostettler and Bobby Hostettler. She is survived by: her children, Chris Cook (Richard) of Lavergne, TN and Shalako Creel of Joelton, TN; her grandchildren, Tyler Cook, Kimberlee Gallegos (Aaron) and Kristen Cooper; her great grandchildren, Cali and Emery; and her brother Charlie Hostettler (Diann) of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by many friends and former coworkers.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alive Hospice in Nashville, TN or a local pet shelter.
