He was predeceased by: his parents, James Underwood and Velma Underwood; his daughter Patricia Ann Underwood; and his siblings, James, Lester Underwood and Bonnie Kirby.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Underwood (Rimmer); and his children, Mike Underwood (Beulah), Bill Underwood, Rick Underwood (Teresa) and Teresa Underwood Eldridge. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
