He is survived by: his parents, Marsha Derrick Ryan and Dale Payne (Sheila); his grandmother Marilynne Payne; his siblings, Ryan Payne (Melissa), Kendra Wear (Josh) and Melissa Gilbert Wells; his aunt Jane Derrick Fong (Josh); and his uncles, Dwight Payne (Michelle), Darryl Payne (Lisa) and W. B. Petty. He is also survived by several nephews and one niece.
