He is survived by: his wife Laura Gail Hodge Bolinger; his daughters, Regina Gail Bolinger (Paul Rowan), Paula Bolinger Barnes (Roger Lou) and Shirley Bolinger Whaley (Nathan); his grandchildren, Caden Barnes and Ariel Barnes; his siblings, Linda Miller, Mary Alice Maples, Larry Bolinger (Jill), Martha Marshall and Landon "Bo" Bolinger (Tammy); his siblings-in-law, Vernon Hodge (Barbara) and Sue Jones; and his nieces and nephews, Kelli, Anita, Lisa, Carol, Chris, Lee, Leslie, Ashlie, Gregg, Shane, Teresa, Tommy, Chip, Scott, Patrick and Ginger.
