He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Faye Stiles; his sons, Otis Jr., Randall and Mark; and his siblings, Barbara Drinnen, Jay Stiles, Kenneth Stiles, Gary Stiles, Ronald Stiles and Tommy Stiles.
He is survived by: his daughter Lauri Tanner; his son-in-law Anthony Tanner; his granddaughter Haley Morgan Phillips; his grandson-in-law Brandon Phillips; his great grandchild Easton Cain; and his siblings, Faye Stallings and Oscar Stiles. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
