Norma Dell Garver Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norma Dell Garver of Kodak, Tennessee, born in Dallas, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 2, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Garver; her brother Mike Haley of Maryland; and her grandson Dustin Siler. She is survived by: her siblings, Wilbur Haley (Haley) of Maryland, Mary Mills of Georgia and Bernice Barker of Washington State; her children, Deborah Roach (Buddy), Mark Denton (Paulette) and Vicky Lynch (Jim) of Maryland; and her grandchildren, Kaydele Shropshire (Donnie), Bradley Roach (Tanya), Kylene Russell (Brandon), Joni Hunt (Brandon), Megan Balough (Paul), Mark Denton (Krystal), Kerri Lynch, James Lynch (Angie) and Jonathan Lynch. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Farrar Funeral Home - Jefferson City (411 W Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, TN 37760). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Caledonia Cemetery (7817 N Ruggles Ferry Pike, Knoxville, TN 37924).
