She was predeceased by: her husband Madison "Matt" Swann; her parents, Ray McKinley Smith and Velma "Dolly" Maples Smith; and her siblings, Fannie Cardwell, Harlan Smith and Charlie Ray Smith.
She is survived by: her son Roy Madison; her daughter-in-law Trenta Huffaker Swann; her brother Alvin C Smith (Corena) of Clinton, MO; and also, Chesta Hammontree (Scott Catlett), Freda Hodges and Tonja O'Dell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
