She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Maples (Bud); her parents, James Helms and Dollie Hunt; and her brother Johnny Cooper. She is survived by: her children, Allen Surgenor (Sandy), Tesia Glenn (Mike) and Misty Williams (Tim). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
