He is survived by: his children, Bryan (Becky Everett), Steve (Melanie Everett), Chris (Katherine Everett) and Nancy; his son-in-law Stanley Eubanks; his granddaughter Samantha Kate Green (Colten); his great grandchildren, Lucy and Cooper Green; and his brother-in-law James Van Eynde.
