He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mincks Sr. and Vira Story Mincks. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Roewert; and his daughters, Patricia, Pamela, Pauline, Marsha and Phyllis. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Shepherd of the Lake Lutheran Church or to the charity of your choice.
