William Charles Gritzner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Charles Gritzner (Knoxville, Tennessee), who passed away on August 30, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Gritzner and Wilona Gritzner; his niece Cheryl White Pryor; and his father-in-law Ed McGill. He is survived by: his significant other Karen; his daughters, Kristi Gritzner and Kayla Wright (Cody); his grandsons, Eli and Riley; his mother-in-law Louise McGill; his siblings, Michael Gritzner (Cesar), Sandy White (Dave) and Patti Gritzner; and his siblings-in-law, Amanda Stinnett, Elizabeth Tietsworth, Joan Moore (Mark) and Eddie McGill (Tommy).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 at 10:20 AM at the Highland Park Baptist Church (4333 US-11, Lenoir City, TN 37772). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 3rd 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Lakeview Cemetery.
