She is survived by: her children, Steven Watkins, Joe Watkins, Tonya Berry, Bradley Phillips (Joe), Ronnie Phillips and Donna Turner (Danny); her grandchildren, Aondria Armstrong (Michael), Tabitha Barbo (Alex), Pamela Watkins, Teranova Anton (Steve), Krista Kay Watkins, Amber Balboa (Ricky), Kevin Watkins, Byron Turner (Amber), Chase Berry, Lexy Turner (Jamarius) and Brandi Shown; her great grandchildren, Brayden Balboa, Brynlee Balboa, Hayden Turner and Lyrica Franklin; and her siblings, Judy Bertagna (Bob), Linda Lay and Tom (Debbie Clapp).
A reception will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the West Ward (400 Kendall Rd, Knoxville, TN 37919). A burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Sherwood Memorial Gardens (3176 Alcoa Hwy, Alcoa, TN 37701).
