She was predeceased by: her parents, James Forrest Rooker and Ruby Neal; and her sisters, Joyce Rooker and Erline Plaxico. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Kingsley; her son Jonathan Kingsley (Carolyn); and her siblings, Betty Thornton and James Rooker (Diane).
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Knoxville 1st Church of the Nazarene (538 Vanosdale Rd, Knoxville, TN 37909). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
