Thorpe; his wife Jennifer Thompson; his stepsons, Dustin Thompson (Jillian), Tyler Black and Alex Black; his son Matt Thorpe (Annette); his grandchildren, Bryce, Lyiljames, Maia, Lyra and Lilith; and his brothers, Scott Thorpe (Deb) and Woflgang McLochlan (Kelly).
A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 8th 2024 at 8:00 AM. A reception was held on Sunday, September 8th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gentry-Griffey Funeral Chapel (5301 Fountain Rd, Knoxville, TN 37918).
