He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Noe; his parents, Leslie Noe and Martha Jane Noe; and his siblings, Jack Noe, Larry Noe and Barbara Kincaid.
He is survived by: his children, Laura E. Lax, Missy Kelley (Pat), Matt Noe (Cricket) and Mark Noe. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bridges Funeral Home (5430 Rutledge Pike, Knoxville, TN 37924). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 10:45 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM.
