He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sevier Cox and Esta Cox; and his brother Patrick. He is survived by: his daughter Christine Rhodes (Aaron); his grandsons, Quintin and Daniel Rhodes; his child Haley Starr (Chris); his grandchildren, Lilly Ann and Vincent Starr; and his siblings, Sharon Jennings, Chris and Jon.
