He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore W. Williams, Sr. and Ella Hilton Williams; his wife Brenda Vinyard Williams; and his sister Patricia Williams Luhn (Peggy). He is survived by: his daughter Natalie Williams; his brother Johnny Mack Williams (Kathy); and his nieces, Andrea Stallsworth (Joe), Patricia Luhn-Clark (Jason) and Sarah Williams.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Berry Funeral Home (3704 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920).
