She was predeceased by: her husband Charles T. Payne Sr.; and her parents, David Cline and Rosalie Cline. She is survived by: her sons, Tony Payne Jr., David Payne (Gina) and Timothy Payne. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters; and one brother.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Westview Cemetery (268 W Old Andrew Johnson Hwy, Jefferson City, TN 37760).
