He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Lee and Pauline Boggess Fields; and his sister Sybil Fields Bradley. He is survived by: his wife Mayvon Selbe Fields; his children, Joe Eddie Fields (Marie), Paula Fields Dorsey (Joe) and Pamela Fields Leitzell (Mike); his grandchildren, Jacob Fields, Joshua Fields, Heidi Bishop, Carly Dorsey and Kelly Finch; and his great grandchildren, Clara Bishop and Harrison Bishop.
