She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Albert Graham and Willie Mae Laster Graham. She is survived by: her husband John Dennis Price, Jr.; her children, Ann Marie Bingham (Edwin), Gary Dennis Price and Randall Lee Price (Charlotte); and her grandsons, Robert Graham Price (Kimmi) and William McClain Price.
