It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Lynn Dickens of Knoxville, Tennessee, who passed away on October 29, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earline Messick and James Lynn Cathey; her stepfather Audie Tucker; her son Michael Dickens; her close friend Carolyn Shoffner; her siblings, Arlene Birnbaum, Dennis Tucker and Clayton Lewis; and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Lewis and Harriet Lewis.
She is survived by: her son Jeffery Taylor; her daughter-in-law Maggie Bailey; her grandchildren, Brandon Taylor, Emma Bailey, Brianna Henegar and Adam Waring; her great grandchildren, Liam, Remi, Kira Henegar, Alex and Mia Waring; her siblings, Sharon Purnell, Pam Norton, Paula Russell, Ronnie Tucker, Joe Lewis, Larry Lewis and Jerry Lewis; and also, Chris and Claudette Shoffner.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Sandra's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
