She was predeceased by: her husband Delbert Haggard (Dick); her son Richard Chesney Haggard; her parents, John Chesney and Rebecca Chesney (Meltabarger); her siblings, Arnold, Nelson, Bert, Joe, Bruce, Pryor, Jake Chesney, Teeny Bryant and Nerva Whited; and her grandmother Hayes.
She is survived by: her nephews, J. D. Chesney (Maude) of Maynardville and Jeff Chesney (Phyllis) of Maynardville; her son Steve Haggard of Georgia; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jamie Allen (Dajuan), Rebecca Hunt (Edward), Josh Chesney (Andrea), Lynn, Sami Chesney, Johny Boy and Megan Chesney; and also, Joshua Chesney, Jacob Sutton, Jadyn Allen, Nova Chesney, Hayden, Holden, Hardyn Chesney and Alice. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
